Come celebrate America’s Independence Day at Ackley Park with a day full of activities and events ending with a spectacular fireworks display put on by the City of Elk City.
- Thunderbird Bay Aquatic Center’s hours will be 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Train, carousel and mini golf’s hours will be 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Elk City’s annual fireworks display will start at dark (approximately 10:00 p.m.)
This map marks where people can set off fireworks on July 4th. The green areas are open for fireworks from 6:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. No fireworks are permitted in the red, orange, and yellow areas. The yellow areas are for viewing of the night’s fireworks display. Red and orange areas are closed.
